Intoduction to Wiki

Overview of lesson:

The goal of this lesson is for educators to develop, create and enhance classroom content using wiki spaces. For example, online instructors as well as general education teachers can offer wiki as a peer review format for students to draft their papers in wiki and then receive feedback from classmates.

Learning Objectives:

1. The learner will define wiki.
2. The learner will describe the elements of a wiki.
3. The learner will create a wiki.

Instructions: (After each step, please return to the home page)
1. Watch the power point below that explains a wiki and it's contents.
2. From the menu tab click "create a wiki" and create your personal wiki. Please take some time and review this site to gain knowledge of the variations of a wiki.
3. From the menu tab click "assessment" and submit short essay.
5. From the menu tab click "evaluation" and take the short evaluation.
